Semen Padang Football Club is a football club owned by PT Semen Padang, which is the oldest cement company in Indonesia.

Debut in Indonesian football scene following the 1980 Division 1 Galatama In 1982, Semen Padang FC managed to win the Division 1 Galatama and as well as promotion to the First Division Galatama.
